Our firm won the case of
infringing trade secrets on behalf of Beijing Sameee
Cryogenics Co., Ltd. which was selected as one of the top
ten typical cases of intellectual property rights in
Qingdao.

Shandong: Court Publishes Report on Judicial
Protection

The Qingdao Intermediate People's Court rolled
out a white paper on judicial protection of
intellectual property for 2016-18, the first
such bilingual report in Shandong province. Five
cases heard in the city were listed among the
province's exemplary 10 IP cases last year. The
court has recruited 10 technical investigators
and 30 technological experts. It has also
cooperated with peers in other cities for
coordinated protection. In addition, the court
has engaged in co-founding an IP judicial
protection research center at Shandong
University of Science and Technology.
